MOD Magazine welcomes editorial submissions for print. For details on how to submit your photography or artwork, please read the following guidelines thoroughly.

Spring/Summer Issue: Veil Of Mystique

MOD Magazine invites photographers, stylists, creative directors, and artists to submit editorial work for consideration in our upcoming Spring/Summer issue, Veil of Mystique as well as for digital publication on MODMagazine.com.

This issue explores the intersection of mystery, sensuality, atmosphere, and storytelling through fashion imagery. We encourage submissions that evoke mood, narrative, and artistic depth.

Please read the following submission guidelines carefully before sending your work.

Submission Requirements

All editorial submissions must be emailed to submit@modmagazine.com.

• Submit low-resolution images attached directly to the email.
• Do not send zipped files or download links unless your submission has been accepted. Submissions sent this way may not be reviewed.

• Photography submissions must include a minimum of 6 images, showcasing a variety of looks.

• All work must be exclusive and previously unpublished. Images that have appeared in print, online publications, or other media will not be considered.

• If your submission is selected, you will be asked to provide high-resolution images and full credits in a zipped file. File-sharing services such as Dropbox or Google Drive are preferred.

• Images must be sized appropriately for print.
MOD Magazine pages measure 8.5 × 11 inches at 300 dpi.

SELECTION PROCESS

Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we unfortunately cannot respond to every email. Typically, we only contact photographers/artists whose work we are interested in publishing.

By submitting your work to MOD Magazine, you grant us the right to publish your material in whichever way we find suitable — whether in print or online. Once MOD accepts your submission, we reserve the right to publish all, some, or none of your images. Though in most instances, photos which don’t make it into the magazine are published on our website, we cannot guarantee that your images will be used at all. If, by chance, we choose not to publish your photos, you will certainly be notified, leaving you free to submit them elsewhere. If your submission is not selected for publishing, it’s likely for one of the following reasons:

• Your submission did not fully adhere to our guidelines.
• The quality and/or style of your images were not right for our magazine, at the time.
• Your images did not fit the current issue’s aesthetic or season.
• We’ve reached our maximum page count for a particular issue.

Our decision to use your images can change at any given time leading to final edit. Please make sure you are comfortable with these conditions before submitting.

TERMS Of Submission 

Photographers and artists retain full copyright ownership of all submitted images.

However, by submitting work to MOD Magazine, you grant MOD exclusive publishing rights for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months beginning once high-resolution images are delivered.

During this exclusivity period, the images cannot be published elsewhere, including online platforms and social media without credit to MOD Magazine.

After the six-month period, MOD Magazine retains non-exclusive rights to publish, promote, and license the imagesacross its print and digital platforms.
