Vans and SZA are teaming up for VANSZA Drop 1, a new footwear and apparel collection shaped by the artist’s everyday style, love of the outdoors, and preference for shoes she can slip on without a second thought. The collection reworks familiar Vans silhouettes with playful details, relaxed fits, and a DIY-inspired approach to design.

Two standout styles put SZA’s footwear habits front and center. The VANSZA Knu Skool Mule reimagines the classic silhouette with an open back, while the VANSZA Authentic Kickdown features a collapsible heel that lets it switch between a traditional shoe and a slip-on. Distressed canvas and custom artwork by Sage Adams add a worn-in feel and a personal touch to the designs.

The apparel collection follows a similar direction, mixing oversized workwear-inspired outerwear, relaxed cargo styles, and fish graphics with a bit of humor. The accompanying campaign, photographed by India Sleem in California, features Vans Skate Team rider Zion Wright, models Caylee Blosenski and Isabella Carr, and musician Vans, with additional product and environmental imagery by Yudo Korita.

With VANSZA Drop 1, SZA brings a personal, practical perspective to the brand’s classics, putting comfort, individuality, and a little irreverence at the center. The collection launches October 22, 2026, at Vans retail locations and online.
