British designer Kim Jones is bringing his new label, KIM JONES, to Hong Kong, with its first global flagship set to open at Central Yards in 2027. Announced by Henderson Land Development, the store marks a major milestone for the label and reflects Jones’ longstanding connection to the city.

Spanning approximately 4,000 square feet across two levels, the flagship will occupy one of five duplex concept maisons overlooking Victoria Harbour. Open terraces, internal staircases, and indoor-outdoor entrances will shape the space, giving Jones an opportunity to explore the relationship between fashion, art, and architecture. “Hong Kong is a city I know well, and opening our first flagship at Central Yards gives us an opportunity to explore those ideas in a new context,” Jones said.

The store will be part of Central Yards, a major new retail and cultural destination designed to connect Hong Kong’s Central district with the waterfront. Its first phase will feature approximately 300,000 square feet of retail space, with around 100 brands and concepts spanning fashion, lifestyle, and dining. The development will also include open-air promenades, sky gardens, art and cultural programming, and outdoor event spaces, with Phase One scheduled to open in 2027.
