Noon By Noor SS26 Brings Romantic Fluidity to LFW with ‘Mirage’

Flowing dresses, handcrafted embellishments, and airy fabrics define Noon By Noor’s SS26 Mirage, a collection rooted in memory and motion.

At London’s iconic Somerset House, Noon By Noor unveiled Mirage, a Spring/Summer 2026 collection that feels as elusive and magnetic as its name. Designed by cousins Shaikha Noor Rashid Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Mohamed Al Khalifa, the collection reflects on memory, art, and light — blending the shimmer of the desert with the romanticism of Pre-Raphaelite paintings and the independence of 1960s muse Veruschka.

“Mirage is about the beauty of what you can’t quite hold onto,” shared Shaikha Noor. “The shimmer of fabric as it catches the sun, the way a silhouette disappears into light.”

That sense of transience played out across the runway in ethereal silhouettes and airy fabrics. Flowing dresses seemed to dissolve as they moved, while tailored shirts were reimagined with jacket sleeves, paired with deep-pleated shorts. A raincoat cinched with a macramé belt offered Noon By Noor’s signature balance of effortlessness and precision.

The palette—white, pale gold, sand, desert khaki, Bahraini red, and cherry blossom pink—evoked both desert landscapes and romantic nostalgia. Lightweight silks, voiles, linens, and chiffons caught the light, while handcrafted knotted belts, trompe l’oeil appliqué, and exclusive prints added artisanal depth.

With a psychedelic soundtrack curated by Uwe Doll, the presentation carried a dreamlike rhythm. It was at once grounded in Noon By Noor’s signature tailoring and lifted by the ethereal, leaving the impression of a wardrobe that shimmers, transforms, and disappears like a mirage.
