LFW: DI PETSA SS26 Explores The Archaeology of Self

From Wetlook deconstructions to the Ancient Moon bag, DI PETSA SS26 excavates the subconscious to reveal the beauty of fractured selves.

On Friday, 19th September 2025, DI PETSA unveiled its Spring/Summer 2026 collection at London Fashion Week, exploring the delicate excavation of memory, identity, and myth. The Archaeology of Self draws inspiration from the subconscious, treating the psyche like an archaeological site where fragments of the past—memories, personal myths, and forgotten selves—are unearthed and reimagined through fashion.

Victorian motifs, Wetlook deconstructions, and ethereal silks and jerseys layer across the body like carefully brushed artifacts. Childhood memories and mythological archetypes converge, from shards of pottery to the luminous Selene, the moon goddess. The collection also introduces the Ancient Moon bag in metallic knit, organza, and rattan, carrying the ethereal weight of history and imagination.

This season, DI PETSA transforms excavation into art: the act of uncovering becomes a process of self-discovery, reflecting the constant reconstruction of memory, the poetry of personal mythology, and the alchemy of transformation.

Attendees include Toni Laites, Cacherel Mercer, Lottie Tomlinson, Amybeth McNulty, Ashnikko, Taylah Elaine, Bimini, Adot Gak, Bel Priestley, and Say Now.
