OMEGA kicks off 2026 by revisiting one of its most iconic designs—the Speedmaster Moonwatch—with a bold new twist. The legendary chronograph arrives in two new models featuring an inverted black-and-white dial configuration, offering a fresh visual perspective while staying true to the Moonwatch’s storied DNA.
Both timepieces are crafted with the Speedmaster’s signature step dial, constructed from a refined double-plate design. The top layer is finished in polished black with a high-gloss varnished and lacquered sheen, accented by rhodium-plated subdial frames. Beneath it, the subdial base appears in crisp white, also lacquered for depth and contrast. The minute track is rendered in white on the main dial, while black transfers define the subdials—an intentional reversal that enhances legibility and sharpens the graphic appeal.
Complementing the monochrome dial, each watch features a black ceramic bezel ring engraved with a white enamel tachymeter scale. A box-form sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment protects the dial, while a polished-brushed bracelet—executed in classic Moonwatch style—wraps the wrist. OMEGA’s patented comfort-release adjustment system ensures a seamless fit.
The collection is offered in two 42mm variations. The stainless steel version features rhodium-plated hands and hour markers, all filled with white Super-LumiNova. The second option is crafted in 18K Moonshine™ Gold, OMEGA’s proprietary yellow gold alloy, with matching Moonshine™ Gold hands and hour markers, white Super-LumiNova accents, and a PVD Moonshine™ Gold central chronograph hand.
Both Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional models are powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861—the most advanced evolution of the movement trusted by NASA astronauts on the Moon. Certified to the highest standards of precision, performance, and magnetic resistance, each watch comes with Master Chronometer certification and a five-year warranty.
