On Saturday, September 20th, designer David Koma hosted an intimate evening in London to celebrate the 15th anniversary of his eponymous label. Partnering with Maslow’s, 1 Warwick, and Nessa, the night brought together a close circle of friends, collaborators, and industry insiders for cocktails, dinner, and reflection on a milestone moment in the brand’s journey.
The guest list reflected Koma’s strong cultural influence, with appearances from Nathalie Emmanuel, Jameela Jamil, Eva Apio, Ikram Abdi, Sofia Resing, Alex Scott, Paul Forman, and Jordan Hemingway, among others. Guests toasted with bespoke cocktails crafted by Don Julio, Ciroc, and Allora Aperitivo al Limone, alongside pours from Bird in Hand Wine and London Essence Co.
Since founding the brand in 2009, Georgian-born, London-based designer David Koma has become synonymous with bold, sculptural designs that balance contemporary glamour with timeless sophistication. A Central Saint Martins graduate and protégé of the late Professor Louise Wilson, Koma quickly gained global recognition for his signature aesthetic.
Beloved by a star-studded roster including Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, Kendall Jenner, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, and Florence Pugh, the label continues to define modern red-carpet power dressing while cultivating its community of dedicated “Koma Girls.”
As the brand looks ahead to its next chapter, the 15-year milestone not only celebrates past achievements but also reaffirms David Koma’s place as one of London’s defining voices in contemporary fashion.
