MM6 Maison Margiela has partnered with French heritage glove-maker Agnelle to create a Fall-Winter 2025 capsule that fuses avant-garde design with time-honored craftsmanship.
Founded in 1937 in Saint-Junien, France, Agnelle has spent three generations perfecting the art of glove-making. Their expertise meets the irreverent sensibility of MM6 Maison Margiela in a collection that reimagines glove archetypes through a contemporary, fashion-forward lens.
First revealed at MM6’s men’s and women’s presentations during Pitti Uomo in Florence and later in Milan, the capsule spans four distinct styles for both men and women.
For men, two modular biker-inspired gloves in glazed lambskin—offered in black and off-white—feature detachable “pocket-glove” cuffs, adding adaptability and a customizable edge. For women, sculptural elegance takes form in butter-soft nappa leather: one a dramatic opera-length glove in black or fig, the other a cropped mid-arm style in washed gray or red, its faded finish nodding to vintage distortion. Each piece carries the brand’s understated numeric logo, a signature of MM6’s design language.
The collection will be available globally on September 18, 2025, through both brands’ websites, select standalone stores, and key multi-brand retailers.
With Agnelle’s legacy of precision and MM6’s knack for breaking convention, the capsule presents gloves as more than just accessories—they become statements of style, heritage, and modern experimentation.
