Awe Inspired is taking a darker turn for Fall 2026 with Nocturne, a new jewelry collection starring model Vivian Wilson. Inspired by mythology, transformation, and feminine power, the collection unfolds across three chapters centered on Inanna, Persephone, and Medusa.
Following the brighter mood of the brand’s summer collection Spellbound, Nocturne moves into a world of gothic romance, Victorian jewelry, and ancient mythology. Each chapter explores a different interpretation of femininity, from sovereignty and desire to transformation, survival, and defiance.
The first chapter, Sovereign, draws from Inanna, the Mesopotamian goddess associated with love and war, exploring ideas of desire, beauty, and command. Underworld turns to Persephone and her journey between the surface and the underworld, using her story as a reference for transformation and rebirth. The final chapter, Gorgon, looks to Medusa, whose image has evolved from an ancient figure associated with fear into a contemporary symbol of protection, survival, and feminine defiance.
Wilson appears throughout all three chapters, connecting the collection’s shifting interpretations of identity, femininity, and transformation. The campaign comes during a notable period in the model’s career. After making her New York Fashion Week debut in 2025, Wilson went on to walk for Gucci and Alexander McQueen and appear in a campaign for Savage X Fenty.
The Victorian era provides another major reference point for Nocturne, with Awe Inspired looking to a time when jewelry often carried personal or symbolic meaning. Serpents, mourning motifs, talismans, and keepsake objects inform designs throughout the collection, while a series of functional pieces expands the idea of what jewelry can be.
Victorian-inspired pill boxes, potion vials, watch keys, and chatelaine-inspired hair pins bring a practical element to the collection, referencing wearable objects designed to carry, conceal, or hold something personal. Awe Inspired also expands its customizable jewelry system with the Multi Chain 3-Charm Collector Necklace and Hand Charm Collector Link Pendant, alongside new additions to its slider bead program that allow pieces to be layered, combined, and personalized.
With Nocturne, Awe Inspired transforms familiar mythological stories into a darker, contemporary jewelry narrative, bringing together symbolism, craftsmanship, and a continued focus on transformation and feminine power. The collection is available now through Awe Inspired, with additional chapters rolling out throughout the fall.
