Givenchy unveils the Sliced Square Ballerina, a contemporary evolution of an archival silhouette that bridges heritage and modernity. Drawing inspiration from Sarah Burton’s Fall 2025 collection—where 1950s couture dresses by Hubert de Givenchy were reimagined in micro lengths—this new design translates the house’s signature codes into an effortless, everyday statement.
The ballerina’s last is “sliced” at the front, forming a clean, angular toe that delivers a sharp and modern profile. An elastic band across the foot echoes the grosgrain belts cinching cocktail and evening dresses in the runway collection, while referencing the Givenchy Paris leather label with understated elegance.
Available in black, red, and powder patent specchio leather, as well as reflective silver and gold mirror finishes, the Sliced Square Ballerina embodies the sophistication of Givenchy’s heritage with a distinctly contemporary attitude.
