For Fall 2026, GOSHA RUBCHINSKIY’s FORUM ATHLETICS explores the visual language of collegiate culture, drawing from its uniforms, emblems, athletic traditions, and unmistakable Greek-letter system.

Three Greek letters—Φ, Υ, and Μ (Phi, Upsilon, and Mu)—become the collection’s defining visual motif, appearing throughout FORUM ATHLETICS alongside imagery of the Discobolus. Referencing the ancient Greek ideal of harmony between body and mind, the classical sculpture is reinterpreted through distressed prints, patches, and embroidery.

FORUM ATHLETICS borrows elements from a range of sporting uniforms, bringing them together with raw-cut edges and deliberately cropped sleeves. Familiar collegiate codes are given a more lived-in quality, as though the pieces have been shaped by years of wear, movement, and personal history.

The collection’s connection to ancient Greece adds another layer to its exploration of athletics and identity. The Discobolus, traditionally associated with the physical and intellectual ideals of the classical world, sits alongside collegiate-inspired graphics and uniform details, creating a dialogue between antiquity and contemporary youth culture.

Through FORUM ATHLETICS, GOSHA RUBCHINSKIY transforms familiar athletic and collegiate references into a collection that feels both nostalgic and distinctly of the present.
